• Israeli forces have killed at least five Palestinians in attacks across Gaza on Sunday, including a boy in an artillery strike on a school-turned-shelter and a father and his daughter in an attack on their vehicle, according to the Wafa news agency.
• In the occupied West Bank, Israeli settlers have shot dead an 18-year-old Palestinian boy in an attack on a house in the village of Hajeh.

UN’s Volker Turk ‘appalled’ by Israeli expulsion plans for Gaza

UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk says he’s “appalled by Israeli proposals for the forced expulsion of all Palestinians from the Gaza Strip and the constant stream of dehumanizing rhetoric by some senior officials”.

Speaking at a UN Human Rights Council session, he noted Israel continues to restrict aid entering Gaza, and has killed “more than 1,300 Palestinians in daily strikes despite the ceasefire that was announced almost a year ago”.

Turk said Israel’s annexation in the occupied West Bank is “unfolding unobstructed despite the clear ruling of the International Court of Justice“.

“What more will it take for states to take action to prevent the entrenchment of occupation across land earmarked for Palestinians under the two-state solution?” he asked. “Words of condemnation ring hollow in the face of deliberate violations and suffering.”

Yemen joins condemnation of Israeli plan to forcibly displace Palestinians from Gaza

Yemen’s Saudi-backed government has condemned Israel’s plans to forcibly displace Palestinians from Gaza.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs called the plan “a blatant violation of international law and an attack on the rights of the brotherly Palestinian people”, and urged the international community “to assume their legal and moral responsibilities and to confront these dangerous calls”.

The government, it added, “affirms that the Gaza Strip is an integral part of the occupied Palestinian territory, and stresses the need to preserve the unity of the Palestinian territories in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem”.

The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkiye and Egypt also condemned the plan in a joint statement earlier.

Israel’s far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir revealed details of the plan on Thursday, saying that the roughly 2 million Palestinians in Gaza will be removed within seven years.

Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz also said on Wednesday that the ethnic cleansing of Gaza remains the “only solution” and that US President Trump has not cancelled his plan to depopulate Gaza, but has only “frozen” it.

Germany to challenge ICJ case accusing it of facilitating genocide in Gaza

The International Court of Justice will hold public hearings on Germany’s objections to a case accusing it of facilitating Israeli acts of genocide in Gaza.

Nicaragua brought the case in March 2024, alleging Germany violated the Genocide Convention and international law by providing political, financial and military support to Israel during its genocidal war on Gaza.

Berlin is the second-largest supplier of arms to Israel after the US.

Germany denies the allegations, arguing that the majority of its exports are not war weapons. It says that the court doesn’t have jurisdiction in the case.

Today’s hearings will focus on Germany’s preliminary objections.

Nicaragua’s case also argues that Germany’s halting of funding for the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) has facilitated Israel’s genocide.

On November 25, 2025, Berlin lifted its suspension of arms sales to the Israelis, saying that the "ceasefire was stable," and that exports will be approved “case-by-case.” But rights groups were saying that there are loopholes prompting them to warn this leaves the door open for Israel to use German weapons in Gaza.

Since October 2023, the Israelis are using the German RGW90 Matador ant-tank rocket launcher in Gaza. Collected Israeli videos do not prove that they were targeting Hamas positions. The videos only show soldiers aiming and firing at an already destroyed or heavily damaged urban landscape or building.

Then German-made Sa'ar 6 corvettes are used to fire on Gaza fishermen when they try to fish in their own waters.

Nicaragua accuses Germany of aiding Gaza genocide, takes case to ICJ

Nicaragua has accused Germany of violating the Genocide Convention by supporting Israel during its onslaught on the Gaza Strip.

Germany is back before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The Hague over its support for Israel, more than two years after Nicaragua accused Berlin of “facilitating” the Gaza genocide by supplying Israel with weapons.

Filed in 2024, the case alleges Germany has breached the Genocide Convention and international humanitarian law.

Germany on trial for complicity in Gaza genocide through arms sales

What happened was that Germany was in the dock for complicity in genocide in Gaza, and its lawyers tried really hard for three hours to convince the judges to dismiss the case.

They say there’s no legal basis, the court has no jurisdiction, and they even called it a “dangerous precedent” if the court handles this case.

They say there is no jurisdiction because neither country – Nicaragua nor Germany – is party to what’s happening in Gaza.

Lawyers say Germans are not involved in the violence, and as long as the court has not decided on whether Israel has been committing genocide – that’s the other case South Africa has filed that’s also ongoing here – as long as there’s no final ruling on that case then Germany is not complicit.

Nicaragua says every country, including Germany, has a responsibility to live up to the Genocide Convention, to make sure you prevent any genocide from happening. And with Germany spending hundreds of millions of dollars on military exports to Israel, it says this is clearly facilitating this genocide.

Nicaragua will have its turn in court tomorrow as it replies to what Germany presented today.

Why is Germany expanding its military exports to Israel?

"We haven’t gotten to the stage where the court is actually looking into the matter of whether Germany is indeed complicit in the genocide.

So, this will delay the case by at least a year and the same is happening with the case South Africa filed against Israel. Israel has filed 4,000 pages of defence on what’s happening in Gaza, saying it is self-defence with no intent of genocide. It says if any civilians were killed, this would be unintentional.

After the hearing, the German delegation came out with a statement, saying that Germany would always abide by international law.

I questioned the delegation on why Germany’s military exports to Israel have increased significantly this year, while the violence against Palestinians is also getting worse, and the response was “this is not relevant for the case today”.

It may not be relevant for this particular case but it raises questions on why Germany is expanding its military spending to Israel while the violence is also increasing, and as Nicaragua has pointed out, can Germany indeed determine exactly where these weapons are used and against whom?"

Israeli military claims attacks on alleged Hamas infrastructure in Gaza

The Israeli military says it launched attacks overnight on the Hamas “infrastructure” in Gaza after one of its vehicles ran over an explosive device planted by the Palestinian group.

It said the explosion took place in northern Gaza behind the “Yellow Line” area that its forces occupy. There were no injuries, it said.

The incident comes amid continued Israeli attacks across Gaza despite the US-brokered ceasefire. The UN Human Rights Office said on September 4 that “nowhere and nobody in Gaza is safe”, adding that Palestinians continue to face “daily terror” in the war-torn territory.

Israeli strike kills 8-year-old girl on first day of school in Gaza

On Sunday, two people, including a child, have been killed in an attack by Israeli aircraft on a vehicle near the Hamid intersection in the Nasr neighborhood, west of Gaza City. Six others were injured.

Today, Palestinian media have identified the victims as eight-year-old Wafaa Alika and her father, Youssef Alika. The pair were returning home from Wafaa’s first day back at school in Gaza City, when their car was hit.

Footage from the scene showed Wafaa’s school books in the mangled wreckage of the car. Six others were also wounded in the strike.

Palestinians in Gaza succumb to wounds after Israeli attacks

Two people have succumbed to their injuries in the Gaza Strip following Israeli gunfire and shelling, Wafa reports.

Six-year-old Daoud Muqata died after being shot north of Gaza City weeks ago.

Subhi al-Batrikhi died from injuries he sustained in an Israeli air attack on a group of civilians last night in the city’s al-Rimal neighborhood.

Seven Palestinians have been killed over the past 24 hours, including three who succumbed to earlier wounds.

Israeli military targets several residential buildings in Gaza City

Massive explosions heard in Gaza around dawn were the result of Israeli air strikes on residential buildings in Gaza City’s Tuffah neighbourhood, our correspondents on the ground report.

Israeli jets targeted several locations overnight, including a home belonging to the al-Batsh family on al-Qaqaa Street, another belonging to the Habib family on as-Sikka Street, and the Hayfa Hospital building behind the al-Sakhra commercial complex.

The Israeli military said earlier it launched attacks targeting Hamas “infrastructure” in Gaza, saying one of its vehicles ran over an explosive device planted by the Palestinian group.

Palestinian killed in Israeli strike on motorcycle near Khan Younis

A Palestinian man, Ismail Ibrahim Qandil, has been killed after an Israeli air strike targeted the motorcycle he was riding on in the southern Gaza Strip.

The strike occurred northwest of Khan Younis, and brings the number of Palestinians killed by Israel in the past 24 hours to eight.

Gaza death toll rises to at least 73,658 since 2023

At least two Palestinians have been killed and 30 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza over the past 24 hours, according to its Health Ministry.

Two others died from injuries sustained in earlier Israeli violence.

Since October 2023, Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza has killed at least 73,658 people and wounded 174,622 others.

Toddler among the dead in ‘significant’ Israeli attacks on Gaza

Israeli air strikes continue across the besieged Gaza Strip again putting the lives of civilians in the line of fire.

Yesterday, a civilian vehicle was struck. Two Palestinians were killed in that attack, including a father along with his 8-year-old daughter.

Israel justified the attack as a response to a “threat”. Elsewhere in Gaza there has been a series of significant attacks.

Just a few hours later, a strike targeted a group of civilians just a few kilometers away, killing at least two Palestinians.

At midnight, the Israeli military expand its attacks across the centre of Gaza. Palestinians were sheltering in schools in the eastern part of Deir el-Balah city when an artillery shell hit a classroom where civilians were taking refuge.

Medical sources at al-Aqsa Hospital confirmed that one Palestinian boy – a three-year-old boy – has been killed in the attack.

Gaza, West Bank escalation makes 2-state solution ‘impossible’

A top official in the US-backed “Board of Peace” says the failure to move forward in war-battered Gaza paired with rising violence in the occupied West Bank are making a two-state solution unviable.

Nickolay Mladenov, tasked by President Trump with implementing an October 2025 ceasefire plan, spoke at the Hili Forum in Abu Dhabi.

“I would say that if Gaza continues the way it is now, or does not move into implementing … the plan that we have … the two-state solution will become practically impossible,” he said.

“Because, with everything that is happening in the West Bank, and with more than 50 percent of Gaza now under the control of the Israeli army and less than 50 percent under the control of Hamas, there is no credible pathway forward to a political resolution of the conflict.”

After years of Israel’s genocidal war on the Strip, “the only way that we can build back” is if “we have transitional governance, if we have decommissioning of weapons, if we have withdrawal in Gaza”, said Mladenov.

Israel justifies attacks on Gaza, Lebanon citing no disarmament by armed groups

Dan Perry, an author and journalist, says Israel justifies violations of its “ceasefires” in Gaza and Lebanon by arguing Hamas and Hezbollah have not yet been disarmed.

From Israel’s perspective, a key element in truce agreements in Gaza and Lebanon is “the disarmament of non-state actors that it believes are implacably committed to its destruction and to causing damage, specifically Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon”, he said.

“Both ceasefires in Gaza and Lebanon included the disarmament of those respective militias and neither has happened,” Perry said.

This is “how Israel justifies continuing action and the parameters for such action are more or less in place right now”, he added.

Kosovo formally joins US-led Gaza stabilization force under ‘Board of Peace’

Kosovo has signed a formal agreement to join a UN-mandated International Stabilization Force (ISF) in Gaza, the US-backed “Board of Peace” announced.

“At a ceremony in Pristina today, representatives of the Republic of Kosovo, the Board of Peace & the International Stabilization Force signed the Participating Country Agreement for the inclusion of Kosovo in the ISF,” the board said in a post.

The accord, signed by Kosovo Security Force Commander Lieutenant-General Bashkim Jashari and ISF Commander US Major-General Jasper Jeffers, formally establishes the Balkan nation’s operational involvement in the contingent.

The ISF is multinational security mission created to maintain stability, manage demilitarization, and oversee security in post-conflict Gaza.

Gaza debris cleanup risks destroying evidence of Israeli ‘atrocity crimes’

A UN expert warns large-scale removal of rubble in parts of Gaza under Israeli control risks removing evidence of Israeli “atrocity crimes” and prevents the recovery and identification of human remains.

In a statement, Francesca Albanese, the United Nations special rapporteur on the Palestinian territories, denounced the “ongoing removal, crushing and relocation of rubble in Gaza”.

“Gaza’s rubble contains human remains and physical evidence relevant to the investigation of alleged international crimes, including genocide,” Albanese said.

She cited Palestinian authorities’ estimates indicating more than 10,000 Palestinian bodies remain buried under the debris in Gaza.

Albanese called for international criminal investigators to oversee the evidence gathering.

“It is part of a crime scene, a graveyard, and the material record of what happened during a brutal and senseless bombing campaign that lasted two years,” she said.

Hamas warns Israel attempting to destroy evidence of ‘genocidal crimes’ in Gaza

Hamas has accused Israel of attempting “to obliterate evidence of the brutal crimes committed against our people in the Gaza Strip”.

“This is being done through the removal, crushing, and transfer of rubble, while the remains of thousands of missing persons and physical evidence of the genocidal crimes perpetrated by the occupation over the past two years remain,” the Palestinian group said in a statement on Telegram.

Hamas said tampering with these sites violates international law and the International Court of Justice’s ruling calling for evidence to be preserved. It cited a warning from United Nations Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese that rubble removal could erase traces of serious crimes in Gaza.

Hamas called on the UN and International Criminal Court to deploy investigators and forensic experts to oversee the recovery of remains and preservation of evidence.

It said rubble removal and reconstruction remain an “urgent humanitarian and national necessity” but should be done in a way that prevents Israel from “exploiting these operations to conceal its crimes and evade accountability”.

The Israelis have been removing evidence of war crimes and genocide during whole their genocidal war in Gaza.

Israeli air force says it killed Hamas commander in Gaza City strike

The Israeli air force says it carried out a strike on Gaza City that killed a man it identified as Yousef Akilah, whom it described as commander of a Nukhba unit within Hamas’s armed wing.

Hamas didn’t immediately respond to the claim.

There are three more claims the Israelis have made this month. All not responded by Hamas.

UN rights chief urges halt to arms sales to Israel

UN human rights chief Volker Turk has urged states to end weapon transfers to Israel and called on companies to stop business practices supporting illegal settlements in Palestine.

“They need to end the transfer to Israel of arms that risk being used to violate international law. Companies also need to end business practices that support illegal settlements,” he said.

Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, ongoing attacks in the occupied West Bank, and invasion of southern Lebanon have raised concern among its allies, as international courts continue to investigate war crimes accusations.

Israeli attacks undermining political process towards peace in Gaza

There have been further Israeli attacks across Gaza, including one that killed eight-year-old Wafa Aqila and her father in Gaza City after their vehicle was directly targeted by an Israeli unmanned aerial vehicle, as well as an attack that killed a three-year-old boy in a school housing displaced families here in the city of Deir el-Balah, and a Palestinian man killed while riding his motorcycle in the city of Khan Younis.

Timing here has been a very critical factor. These attacks come as the political process was supposed to be moving Gaza into a completely new phase towards peace, a permanent ceasefire, demilitarization and a broader transition along with an Israeli withdrawal from the demarcation line.

Most critics here in Gaza say that the new international plan, provided and delivered by mediators and the US administration, states that the ceasefire is the foundation of what comes next, while acknowledging that Palestinians believe any violation could put the whole process at risk.

Meanwhile, people on the ground are still waking up to the sound of drones, chilling air strikes, and funerals that continue to be seen across Gaza’s barely functional hospitals, with the death toll still rising and an untenable security situation still engulfing the whole territory.

Eight countries condemn Israeli ministers’ Gaza displacement plans

The governments of eight countries have condemned recent statements by two senior Israeli ministers calling for the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza.

In a joint statement, the foreign ministers of Indonesia, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates said the remarks by the ministers “flagrantly violate principles of international law” and threaten Palestinians’ “legitimate and inalienable rights”.

They were referring to last week’s statements by far-right Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Defence Minister Israel Katz.

On Wednesday, Katz said Israel had a plan in place to remove Palestinians from Gaza pending US approval. On Thursday, Ben-Gvir unveiled a 20-page document, the “National Work Plan for Voluntary Emigration from the Gaza Strip”, proposing the forced removal of Gaza’s roughly two million residents over six years.

In their statement, the eight foreign ministers said they “unequivocally” rejected any attempt to displace Palestinians from Gaza, whether within or outside the Palestinian territories, and warned that turning such calls into declared policy or concrete measures would carry “grave consequences” and undermine regional stability.

They also said any such move would directly challenge international peace efforts, including US President Donald Trump’s plan to end the war on Gaza, which they noted explicitly rejects forced displacement.

The ministers reaffirmed Gaza as “an integral part” of the Palestinian territories alongside the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Board of Peace touts progress as situation for Palestinians worsens

Although the United States-backed Board of Peace touts progress in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank, Association of International Development Agencies Executive Director Athena Rayburn has said that the situation on the ground has become “untenable and catastrophic”.

In Gaza, more than two million Palestinians have been corralled into about 104sq km (40sq miles), where Israeli forces consistently bomb them.

Basic human needs like clean water, food, electricity, medicine and durable shelter are hard to come by, with Israel imposing severe restrictions on humanitarian aid and groups.

UNRWA warns of funding crisis, threat to services within two months

UNRWA faces an “extraordinary financial crisis” and will be forced to suspend core services within two months without additional funding, Christian Saunders, the acting head of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, warns.

Saunders told the Arab League Council that the agency’s resources were being “rapidly depleted” and that a funding shortfall would have consequences “measured in human lives”.

Saunders said the UN agency, UNRWA, remains the largest humanitarian provider in Gaza. UNRWA has more than 10,000 staff on the ground with about 1.5 million people relying on its education, healthcare, water and sanitation services.

He said more than 90 percent of Gaza’s population remains without adequate shelter as colder-weather months approach. Saunders reported that about 40,000 cubic metres of sewage flow into the Mediterranean Sea each day, and only about 3 percent of cropland remains accessible and undamaged.

Saunders also said the situation in the occupied West Bank was “becoming increasingly untenable” due to settler pogroms and a lack of protection for Palestinian communities, and that the late August seizure of UNRWA premises in occupied East Jerusalem had “effectively removed the agency” from the city.

He called on Arab states to renew their support for UNRWA. “Every day of inaction makes peace more difficult,” Saunders said. “Every day allows the facts on the ground to become more deeply entrenched.”

Israeli army shoots dead Palestinian man following settler stabbing

Israeli troops have shot the man who allegedly stabbed an Israeli settler this morning in the occupied West Bank.

In a post on Telegram, the military said its forces located the suspect in his vehicle. It said he tried to stab the soldiers, prompting an Israeli commander to open fire him.

Israeli media earlier reported the wounded settler was transported to hospital in serious condition.

Israeli forces arrest 3 during occupied West Bank raids

The Israeli army has carried out several raids in the occupied West Bank early this morning, the Wafa news agency reports.

In the town of Tammun near Tubas, Israeli forces arrested three Palestinians after searching their homes.

Soldiers also descended upon the village of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, where they raided and searched Palestinians’ homes for about two hours. No injuries or arrests were reported.

Israeli settler wounded in occupied West Bank stabbing attack

An Israeli settler has been wounded in a stabbing attack south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.

Israeli Army Radio said a Palestinian man got out of a vehicle near a farm in Osarin village and stabbed an Israeli man several times before fleeing the scene.

The Israeli army cordoned off the area and is searching for the perpetrator. Israel’s Channel 12 reported that the wounded settler was taken by helicopter to hospital in serious condition.

The incident comes during an unprecedented escalation in settler attacks in the occupied West Bank, often carried out under the protection of Israeli soldiers.

• Israeli forces arrested two former Palestinian prisoners from Ramallah in the occupied West Bank after raiding their homes in the at-Tira neighborhood.
• Israeli forces also arrested four Palestinians while raiding two towns east and north of the West Bank city of Tulkarem, after breaking into and searching several homes and shops.
• A 15-year-old Palestinian was arrested by Israeli forces after they raided and searched his parents’ home in the town of Nilin, west of Ramallah.
• Israeli forces arrested four Palestinians in raids east and south of Nablus, including a father and his son.
• Israeli settlers attacked a farming shed, damaged electricity poles and assaulted two Palestinians south of Nablus, inflicting bruises on their bodies.
• Israeli settlers started fencing off land in the al-Hadidiya area of the Jordan Valley, preventing Palestinians from accessing and cultivating the site.

Hamas commends attack on settler as ‘legitimate response’ to occupation

Hamas says the “heroic operation” in which a settler was stabbed in the occupied West Bank is a “legitimate response to the ongoing crimes of the occupation and the extremist settlers”.

The Palestinian movement said it mourned the man who carried out the attack after the Israeli military said it later shot him in his vehicle.

Palestinians will “not stand idly by in the face of the aggression, settlement, displacement, and targeting of their land and holy sites”, Hamas said in a statement.

It called for its people across the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem to “escalate the resistance” and confront settlement, annexation, and displacement efforts by Israel.

International law recognizes the right of peoples under colonial domination or foreign occupation to engage in a struggle for self-determination. This is noted in various United Nations General Assembly resolutions (such as Resolution 3103).

Under Article 51(3) of Additional Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions:

• Colonists lose their immunity from attack "unless and for such time as they take a direct part in hostilities."
• If an individual colonist engages in armed violence, carries out coordinated attacks against the occupied population, or acts as an active component of the occupying military forces (such as integrated state-armed civilian security squads), they lose their civilian immunity for the duration of that participation and become legitimate military targets.

Israel threatens ‘full-scale war’ against Palestinian Authority in West Bank

The Palestinian Authority will be attacked if Israeli forces or settlements are targeted in the occupied West Bank, Israel’s defence minister has warned.

The threat from Israel Katz came after a stabbing attack in the northern West Bank with the Israeli military saying it shot and killed the Palestinian assailant.

“If … the Palestinian Authority’s security mechanisms and related bodies initiate – or we know with certainty that they are about to initiate – a terror attack in the style of October 7 against forces and Jewish settlements – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and I have instructed the [army] to prepare for the opening of a full-scale war,” Katz said in a statement.

The campaign would target the “senior leadership and mechanisms” of the Palestinian Authority, which is based in the West Bank city of Ramallah, as well as “all terror infrastructure” in the territory, Katz said.

It would include “targeted killings of senior figures” and the “evacuation of residents from the cities and villages from which terror activity is carried out”, with a permanent Israeli military presence embedded in those areas, he added.

Israeli threat against Palestinian Authority a ‘dangerous course of action’

An Israeli lawmaker has denounced a threat by Defence Minister Israel Katz to launch a war against the Palestinian Authority in the occupied West Bank.

“The message published by Defense Minister Katz is a deliberate attempt to ignite the territories and lead to a third intifada, for purely political reasons, and out of a desire to reach elections in a reality of active warfare,” said Gilad Kariv, a member of Knesset representing the Democrat Party, in a post on X.

“This is an irresponsible, reckless, and dangerous course of action that will cost the lives of many Israelis and Palestinians. The Israeli government has no moral or public mandate to drag us into bloody chaos in the territories.”

Hamas condemns killing of Palestinian man by Israeli settlers

Mahmoud Mardawi, a Hamas official, says “the continuing murders” by Israeli settlers and troops “are an extension of the genocidal war waged by Netanyahu’s criminal government in the Gaza Strip”.

In a statement on the Telegram channel, Mardawi said the world “has failed to put an end to the occupation’s fascism and brutality”.

Mardawi mourned the killing of Omar Muhammad Tubasi, 20, who was killed by settler gunfire during an attack – under the protection of the Israeli army – in the town of Hajja east of Qalqilya.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced the death of Tubasi, who was shot in the head during an assault on the town last night, according to Wafa news agency.

Israeli soldiers surround entire West Bank town of Qabalan

Forces are not only besieging the house of the alleged perpetrator of a stabbing attack that took place earlier but they’re also surrounding the entire town of Qabalan north of occupied Nablus.

Vehicles are unable to move while children are struggling to return home from school. This is the situation not just in Qabalan but in areas across the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

According to Israeli sources, this Palestinian man – who was shot and killed at the entrance of his house – conducted a stabbing attack against an Israeli settler whose condition remains stable.

Whenever there is an attack everyone has to pay the price and already Palestinians are facing Israeli military checkpoints, movement restrictions, and growing illegal Israeli outposts that disrupting ordinary life.

Now they’re having to deal with yet more Israeli raids on their villages that endanger their lives as well.

Israeli minister calls for UK envoy’s expulsion over expected trade restrictions on illegal West Bank settlement goods

Israel’s Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has said the British ambassador must be expelled “tonight”, accusing the government of the United Kingdom “anti-Semitic”.

“The British Mandate in the Land of Israel is over,” he said in Hebrew on X.

The comments are a response to UK’s Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband announcement for a “reset” of the relationship between the two countries. He is expected to announce trade restrictions on goods coming from illegal Israeli settlements this week.
