The framework between the Israelis and Lebanon was officially signed onJune 26, 2026. It was drafted and written by the United States in a language of ambiguity, which benefits the invaders of Lebanon. The US view this framework as separate from the MoU while Lebanon is explicit included in the Memorandum of Understanding. Netanyahu claimed that he's not part of the latter. But Trump had agreed that Lebanon is included thus making the US the guarantor of the ceasefire in Lebanon.
