Houthi official urges pan-Islamic alliance against Israel

The deputy minister of foreign affairs and expatriates for the Houthis, Abdulwahid Abu Ras, has urged countries in the Middle East and worldwide to move beyond the “cycle of condemnations and denunciations” of Israel and take meaningful action, according to the Houthi-controlled Yemen News Agency.

He stated that instead of forming alliances “to tear apart Islamic countries”, Middle Eastern states “should form an alliance to halt the crimes of the Zionist enemy”, which he described as a “cancerous gland”.
