Israeli air attack targets southern Lebanon village

An Israeli air strike has targeted Kafr Rummana, in the Nabatieh district of southern Lebanon, according to our colleagues on the ground.

 

   

Israeli shelling and air attacks hit southern Lebanon towns

Israeli forces continue to target southern Lebanon as troops shell towns and carry out demolitions, the country’s National News Agency reports.

An Israeli tank fired a number of shells at the town of al-Mansouri, south of Tyre, according to NNA.

Additionally, forces carried out explosions on the outskirts of the town of Sarbine in the Bint Jbeil district, which coincided with a sweeping operation in the area.

War jets also carried out nighttime air strikes on al-Qantara in the Marjayoun district, and intermittent artillery shelling targeted the outskirts of Haddatha at dawn, NNA added.

 

   

Israeli forces target more towns in southern Lebanon

Israeli forces have carried out attacks in southern Lebanon’s town of Majdal Zoun, the National News Agency reports.

An Israeli drone rigged with explosives detonated above Mansouri. Israeli army was also reported to be setting houses in the town of Bayt al-Sayyad on fire.

 

   

Israeli drone flies at low altitude over Beirut’s southern suburbs

An Israeli drone is flying at low altitude over Beirut’s southern suburbs, the National News Agency has said.

Israel last raided Beirut’s southern suburbs on June 14, killing three people and wounding seven others.

 

   

Israeli forces carry out more attacks in southern Lebanon

Israeli forces have carried out attacks on the outskirts of Baraashit, in southern Lebanon, and fired intermittent artillery shelling at Dawhat Kfar Reman, the National News Agency has reported.

Israel continues to occupy nearly one-fifth of Lebanon and to strike the southern part of the country as it accuses Hezbollah of violating the ceasefire.

 

   

Israel continues bombing, demolitions in southern Lebanon

Israeli forces are continuing to demolish residential houses and infrastructure, using earthmovers and explosives, in Bani Haiyyan, a municipality in the Marjayoun district in southern Lebanon, according to the country’s National News Agency (NNA).

Meanwhile, Israeli jets have bombed areas in Marjayoun, as well as areas around the city of Tyre. The attacks are a continuation of Israeli air strikes and shelling of Lebanon, south of the Litani River, which have led to fires that Lebanese authorities have struggled to control.
