Netanyahu calls for criminal investigation into NAZA film participants
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has demanded an investigation into the “participants” of the documentary NAZA, in which Israeli soldiers described carrying out mass killings of civilians in Gaza.
In a post on X, Netanyahu described the film as a “false, misleading and biased plot that defames the State of Israel” and the country’s military. He said it also damages Israel’s global standing.
He demanded that the military chief, the Shin Bet security agency, and the attorney general “initiate a comprehensive investigation against the participants” and “bring them to trial for serious information security offences, criminal defamation, and harm to Israel’s political and security interests”.
NAZA, named for the Hebrew acronym for “collateral damage”, contends that Israel used sophisticated systems – some operated by AI – to hunt and kill suspected fighters, carrying out strikes the military knew would kill large numbers of civilians.

“.. a false, misleading and biased plot that defames the State of Israel ..”
How can it be "false" and "bias plot" when the use of AI for killings by his armed war belligerent has been documented here?

Tehran warns escalation benefits Israel, calls for peace in region
Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei says Tehran is “deeply concerned about developments in the Arabian Peninsula” and has expressed its readiness to facilitate dialogue between the parties.
“We believe continued escalation will only benefit the Israeli regime, and we do not want hostilities to continue between two Muslim countries, especially as the region is already facing tensions caused by the United States and Israel,” he said at a news briefing.
“We have consistently stressed that the people of Yemen have the right to live with dignity, free from pressure, sanctions and blockade. What they have endured over the past 10 to 12 years is unjustifiable under both Islamic principles and international law.”

Netanyahu has been creating chaos as a means to prolong at least his wars to avoid resumption of his trial about three cases of corruption.

Very little information on the Israel-Lebanon border explosion
Up to 20 people are injured – some of them are described to be in critical condition.
This has mobilized the political echelon. Israel’s PM is heading to the area and the National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir cancelled a political statement that was on his agenda and will be dealing with this developing story.
There is very little specific information as to what happened. But it is certainly a reminder that northern Israel and the Upper Galilee, particularly the border with Lebanon, remain areas where the Israeli army is deployed and where thousands of munitions were used over the past three years in clashes and bombardments in Lebanon in the confrontation between Israel and Hezbollah.

Israel says teenager killed in explosion near Lebanese border
In a statement on X, Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz has expressed condolences to the family of a boy, 14, killed in an explosion during a trip near the country’s northern border.
As we previously reported, the blast was blamed on “the detonation of unexploded ordnance”. Israeli media, quoting medics, said at least 24 people were wounded in the blast.
Israeli troops “are at the scene assisting the rescue forces and will continue to assist as required”, Katz said.
The deadly incident is being investigated to clarify its circumstances, he added.
